OEE Automotive is a specialist automotive retail consultancy which focuses on the application of world class manufacturing principles coupled with Lean tools and techniques within the workshop service environment.

How do we work with you ?

We begin by evaluating your current systems, people and operation. We do this while you carry out your normal day to day activities – we are very experienced in doing this type of work without disrupting your day.

Once we understand how you operate, we identify areas, we think could be improved. We then estimate the size of the benefit associated with each improvement and then we discuss this with you.

After discussing priorities, we agree the next steps and once we have been engaged, we ensure that you and your team are kept fully up to date with our activities.
